No scratch cards as advertised

We ordered checkers sixty 60 numerous times and make sure our order is above R350 as we would receive a scratch card as advertised and the past 3 orders we have not received any!! When we enquired why we were told that the drivers or packers ***** them.. just soo easy to blame someone else
