No response from manager

There is clearly a lack of communication at this store ,Friday 27 November called the store to complain about meat purchased that was off, I was told by the person who answered that they could not help me ,today is 3/12 .5 Days later and no manager has called ,I took the trouble to shop in your store got home and found the meat purchased STEAK HOUSE STEAKS was off?? Checkers your store clearly have staff who do not know how to pass on messages or has a manager who has a I DONT CARE ATTITUDE
