NO RESPONSE
CHECKERS HYPER in N1 city had a massive sale which ended the 6th April. They had no stick of the Ariel liquid detergent and the 200ml ceres juice that was on promotion. i was advised to request a rain check, which i did, but they once again had no stock of the rain check books, so my details were written down in an A4 hardcover book,promising to contact me once they receive stock of the requested products, a week has gone by and i have heard nothing from them. i called 3 times yesterday and everytime some one keeps promising to call me back with feedback. This is totally unexeptable. how many more times must i call and waste my airtime just so that i can get feedback from this store. very dissapointed as it was my first buying at this retailer
