No responds from Checkers

Good Evening(27/10/2017)

Im at Ckeckers Hyper Menlyn and the lady at till 11 just closed. She lacked the customer service to kindly tell me that she is going home. She saw me coming and took the closing sign from below her till and threw it. And gave me a look that didnt feel right to me.

I sent this massage to the Checkers Hyper Facebook page a week ago. Does this mean the bad service is in the whole of Checkers.
