No regards for hygiene

I am a resident of Paarl and lives close to Checkers in Lady Grey Street, Paarl. The people working there have no regards for hygiene. ******* bins lay sideways and this is where the trucks come deliver the food. We as residents of Castle street and Waterkant street have complain numerous times but still nothing has been done. If you walk by you can smell the ******* especially now in these hot conditions. If nothing is going to be done we WILL let the newspapers come. Sies! You should change your slogan to smellier and smellier because not the f### are you better and better. I buy my groceries at Pnp now because I dont eat with flies.
