No regard or integrity

<p>I was at Cresta shopping centre and went to the checkers to draw some cash.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the initial swipe the cashier said that the transaction was declined and tried again but i then received 2 notifications of the amount having been deducted twice. I ask to speak to a senior and am told that I should receive a reversal within minutes failing which I should return monday by a Jermina. That was Sat 01/10/2016. I returned the Monday to be told by Mashudu Makhabo that she will log an incident and would call me the morning of the 5/10/2016 to check if the reversal has happened and to give fedback. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />She doesnt call back, I had to call her. Then to be told that she is waiting for who knows what and would call back at 2. 14:00 came and went and when I tried calling back no answer at all. </p> <p> </p> <p>If a client is short they expect the client to make a plan or not complete the sale, yet they make promises waste my time, show no regard and do not keep their word. This is utter B/S!!! This is not my mistake but seems like it is left to me to fix.</p> <p>The staff in that shop are the enthitisis of helpful</p>
