No regard for health and safety of its customers or staff

I went to your blue route store with my young son who brushed up against the button that calls a supervisor to the till and he received a massive shock. After waiting for ages for the branch manager Fatima Oppelt I was made aware that they knew about this button that was shocking staff. The problem is that even though they knew that there was a health and safety risk NOTHING was done to protect their customers or staff about this serious electrical risk. There was no barracks to stop any one from been injured. I would hate to think of the consequences of a younger child or elderly person with a heart condition been exposed to an electrical shock. Does checkers hyper have no regard for its customers or staff safety, is making money its only priority even if it causes a potential death in one of its stores? To make it even worse there was absolutely no urgency or apologetic behavior from management when they were made aware of the situation. The tellers could not stop apologizing and they where great but it seems that this sort of behavior is below the management of the checkers hyper. I am that there are health and safety regulations that need to be followed by a retailer like Checkers hyper
