NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY AND WELLBEING

Checkers Monument (on Voortrekker Rd) staff are ***********, UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY AND WELLBEING.

Yesterday (3rd Feb 2023) went to checkers monument, there was water on thetheand floor and a mop left unattended in isle (spices and sauces isle) while in the isle, I enquired with one of The employees about it as this was a " slip and fall" hazardous situation. She asked her other colleague to mop up and remove the mop because customer might get injured. To my shock - her colleague rep**** " EVEN IF THEY TRIPPED AND FELL, ITS NOT HER PROBLEM". After noticing I heard what they said: she made an attempt to down play the seriousness of her comments to me as I was leaving the aisle.

How does checkers hire such people with no REGARD for their job but ALSO the SAFETY of their CUSTOMERS is beyond me.
