No refund received Checkers 60

Refund still pending after 1 week. I purchased some toys and chocolates for my grandson in Pretoria. I paid the said amount stupulated on order ***3. The refund has not been done on my account. Although I enjoy the convenience of delivery, I certainly don't want to police my refunds. Checkers you are keeping our money far too long. Earning interest on refunds. I am dissatisfied with this and so are many of my friends.
