No refund on order canceled by sixty 60

I placed an order on the app and 5 minutes later received a message informing me my order was canceled and I would not be charged. This took place on the 7th Oct but it so happened that my account was debited for this order. Since 8th Oct I have made numerous calls to the helpline and was informed each time it would take 48 hours to get my money back. It is the 19th today and I have still not received my refund. All my communication is to no avail as I keep being told my query is escalated to operations. I have not received any communication from their operations.
