no protection for customers

I was in checkers at the square in ladysmith, I observed a lady with gloves ,blowing her nose ,squashing the tissue and inserting it in her pocket then proceeded to touch multiple things in the fridge, upon raising this concern with the manager he told me to sanitize myself, which raises concerns about customers safety in this shop.
