No promotional toys

<p>I entered the checkers stores at Selcourt Towers in Springs. Advertised all over was the promotional toys that would be given upon purchase of R150 or more. I bought for R1500 and was told by the cashier they are out of stock and i should com eback tomorrow. When i asked management to write down on my till slip that i was not given toys so that tomorrow i can collect i was met with a very rude lady (Im assuming a manager) who said there are no more toys and that i wont be getting any even if i come back the next day. Even though the entire shop was full of advertising. I have a 2 year old who looked forward to receiving her toys and her afternoon was spoilt by your poor business practice. Please rectify the situation and also train your employees on their people s****s.</p>
