No progress on called logged for CheckersSixty60

I frequently use Checkers Sixty60 and I also subscribe to the Xtra Savings Plus. I did an in store shop on 14 October and due to a system error I did not receive the 10% discount on my shop. I logged a call with the call centre the same day. To date, the only feedback I have received is that the call has been escalated. This is not good after sales service.
