no plastic!

earlier today I went shopping at checkers in westgate shopping mall in roodepoort. after spending an hour and a half in checkers, buying for R1600. The cashier and till packer said with attitude that there is no plastic available! Then I asked to see the manager and he was not available, the back admin manager came to the till, didn't even look me in the eyes and no apology walked away from the till and came back with few plastics for my goods. I think this is the lowest of low customer service you can get.
