no money refunded

I have been waiting for a month for checkers to repay me money that was deducted off my bank account. I ordered from 60sixty and the order was cancelled (by checkers) but the money was deducted. I phoned 3 times and everytime I was promised it would be refunded in 48 hrs. I even sent e-mails to customer service but nothing. I think this is ********** business practices from them.
