No Mini Shoppers yet again

It been since forever that The Glen is out of stock of the little shoppers, its been weeks before the promotion ends and they out of stock. Went shopping last week friday, my child was excited to see what he gets, on teh till slip it states qualifies for 13 mini shoppers, however yet again they out of stock, manager says they arent getting stock again, why keep advertising, why not say excluding the glen
