No help at all

How is it possible that the can have a special on daipers (Buy luvies and get a tommee tippee bin) but after phoning 7 stores and speaking to people that work at checkers and dont know what Checkers little me is ..i will not be able to get this special ?? I will have to drive +40min just to get a store that will have the special ??
