No happy at all

I am tired of contacting the call centre. Not only do parkers pack wrotten onions and stale breads at times but i called in last year to query an order ***9 on cherckers sixty after I ordered and billed for 3 jagermastes and only 1 was inside! Was promised a refund till this day. Today i order with order 3****576 what i ordered with my full mind was to cover not a book but a box only to be given 10X A4 covers! And what should i do with those again? Ordering on checkers sixty is starting to be a headache
