No food thanks to Checkers 60 - terrible service.

Placed a large order over a week ago, the order was canceled but I was still debited. I spoke to a few people there and was told that it would auto reverse in 2 days, that did not happen. I called again and was told repeatedly that they would manually push the debit, but still nothing happened. They told me they would send a letter for me to send to my bank that didn't happen, today I spoke with Cheryl who was helpful and sent me a letter to give to my bank but the bank said it will take a while and that they have no reversal notification from Checkers. So I am really looking forward to a weekend with no food, thanks Checkers. Needless to say I will go to PNP. Btw the last order from you was broken open, I did report it and also nothing has been done.
