No feedback give after I lodge a complaint

No feedback was give to my At All since I lodged a complaint. I even went to your Richards Bay store to confirm the contact details. I am very dissatisfied that no body made an effort to find out why one of their consumers are unhappy. Could I please get feedback or will have no choice to take other messure.
