No feedback from customer care

I bought a carrot cake on the 29th November at the Pavilion , only realised when I got home that the sell by date was the 26,it had mould had to throw it away. I took pictures and sent a message to their customer care same day. No response till today, it was not the first experience on something rotten, they don't have the decency to reply to complaints. I'm done with checkers.
