No express qeu for customers

They have a very bad attitude towards there customers. We bough three items, when we saw the long qeu and no express till, we went to the kiosk, where they refused to help us because only their staff are allowed to pay there. I think it's pathetic that they don't have an express qeu, they are always busy.
