No entry for guide dogs/guide dogs in training

I went to Checkers in Emmerentia a few days ago and was kicked out because I had my guide puppy, that I am raising with me. I was told by the manager that guide dogs were not allowed to be trained amongst food. They refused to allow me to do my shopping with the dog in the store. When I called the head office to inform them of my experience, I was told that the store manager had said he had received complaints about the guide dog being in the store. Which was not what the manager had said to me. Strange to have been kicked out of such a store considering the most other Checkers stores allow us into the store.
