No electrical essentials

Please assist I believe the government has stated that there will be only limited essentials available to purchase during the shut down

I’m appalled by the lack of thought behind this i could not stock up on surge protectors in your stores I was told that the directive from Checkers was they are only purchasing food and toilet paper

This is a clear lack of foresight in behalf of checkers and I ask that you correct this by engaging with GOVERNMENT URGENTLY

People have Been blind sided to the mass panic and stocking in your stores regarding toilet paper

Anyone will any sense understand that toilet paper and food are not the only essentials one needs to survive a lock down

Your stores would have done well to assist with highlighting the need for leds and electrical goods amongst the distraction of toilet paper

The reason I went instore looking for electrical adaptors and surge protectors is for the simple reason that WE GOING INTO A LOCK DOWN NEED FOOD , TOILETRIES AND POWER

POWER !!!!

COMMUNICATION , ENTERTAINMENT AND PROTECTION OF FOOD

CHECKERS DID YOU THINK TO ENGAGE WITH GOVERNMENT REGARDING THE OBVIOUS

as your stores stopped stocking electrical essentials

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN HOUSEHOLDS EXISTING ELECTRICAL ADAPTORS FAIL ?

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN TVS AND FRIDGES BLOW DUE TO NOW SURGE PROTECTION ?

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN LIGHTS FAIL ?

SIMPLE ANSWERS ......

NO POWER TO CHARGE PHONES = NO ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE

TVS BLOW : NO ENTERTAINMENT = PEOPLE ON THE STREETS LOOKING FOR ENTERTAINMENT

FRIDGES BLOW : FOOD GOES TO WASTE = LOSS OF INCOME , NO FOOD TO SURVIVE

NO LIGHTS = DARKNESS = LACK OF SIGHT = LACK OF SECURITY

SO ITS BEGS THE QUESTION WHY CHECKERS HAVE YOU NOT LOOKED AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS AS WELL AS YOUR OWN ABILITY TO MAKE SALES

WHY DID YOU NOT STOCK THESE ITEMS AND WHY DID YOU NOW EDUCATE YOUR CUSTOMERS

I URGE YOU PLEASE CORRECT THIS ENGAGE WITH GOVERNMENT

ITS NOT FOR THEM TO TELL YOU WHAT CITIZENS NEED TO SURVIVE THIS PERIOD
