No delivery, no apologies, no refund

They do not deli on the scheduled time. Even 90 minutes after placing the order they did not even start packing my order. No notification of any delays received. According to the call center agent it will take up to another 2.5 hour for delivery. No apologies or notification for delay. Checkers Cape Gate
