No delivery as advertized

Good day, i placed an order with Checkers liquor section on the 19/05/20, SO841394. A week went by without any contact from Checkers. Then i received a call on 19 May confirming our delivery will be done the following day. Up until now after various phone calls and emails ee still have not received our order. Henriette from Checkers has tried in vain to help us get our order delivered by today, Friday 5 June 2020.

We have now learned that the delivery truck must have a liquor permit in order to deliver. How is this now a problem!!!!!!! How come this on line service is not working ......what is happening to all the others orders????? Surely there is other clients also unsatisfied. I expect a proper answer or solution, as i work full day until five everyday incl Saturdays. My cell no: ***
