NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!

Bought Crystal Valley long life milk. Opened and the milk was spilled. BB date in 2019. Send checkers an email and was told to take the milk back with the receipt? I must take an open box of spilt milk back?? I've taken photos and thrown it away. They took several days to respond after I've send them an email and I could not keep the milk in my fridge. I also do not have a receipt. ****ty service
