No Customer Service and Unfriendly Staff
I went to Checkers today in Somerset West and at the bakery department their was 4 stuff standing around looking at me and no one helping me. The only person that was helping the other customer have to asked them eventually to help me after 2 minutes. <br> <br> When I went to the cashier at the till I have to eventually look into a cashiers face which don't have the manners to say hallo to me. After putting to change in my hand and did not even make eye contact with me and cant even hear her to say thank you I left the shop and they won't see me soon.<br> <br> Is this the new way how Checkers treat their customers. <br> <br> I'm sorry to say but their is more shops in the Helderberg which i'm sure will like to have me as a customer.<br> <br> Thank you and well done to Checkers but your service is pathetic.
