no customer service and rude cashier

I went to Checkers to buy yoghurt and to draw cash from the till. The cashier didn't have enough money in her drawer but she would not help me by calling a supervisor to assist but instead told me to use a different till point. I wouldn't because i had stood so long waiting to be helped by her then she mumbled in Afrikaans that i was being difficult and how would she get money if her till was empty. i asked her why she was so rude then she grabbed my card from my hand and that's when I called her supervisor, Tasha. She promised to call me and i have yet to hear from her.
