No customer service

I placed a first order which was delivered within time with no problem. The second order I placed with much expectation was and still is lost. After logging calls, phoning the call centre, speaking to difference consultants and being promised a call back on the status of my missing order, I still have not been informed of where the order is.

To be charged 15% extra plus a delivery fee and a tip for the driver, is a total waste of money.

That was my last time using the service.
