No customer service!

I'm impressed with the concept and eagerly used checkers' home delivery service. Unfortunately the app is flawed* and worst of all is the "help" facility. There was a discrepancy between the total cost of items delivered and the amount I was finally charged. 5 times I've asked for an explanation, but keep getting, a stock answer that doesn't address the problem. I give up!
