NO CUSTOMER CARE

So, I registered on Checkers 60/60 app more than 2 months ago. Since the beginning I have been struggeling to link my savings card to the app. Over the past 2 months I have sent dozens of emails, talked to 6 different agentsRe: [ Ticket: *** ] all of whom tried to link my card and all of them failed. Then PROMISED to escalate my issue and have it resolved by a tech person, but I am still waiting. I can't link my savings card. Which means if I buy on the app, I do not get access to the specials. Just saying that your customer care SUCKS and since I saw that Pnp now also have a delivery system, I guess I will make the move.
