No credit on pre-approved amount

I was very impressed with the service I received at first with fast delivery and a very polite driver, but when it came to the payment the pre-approved amount was R200 more than my actual basket. Its been 2 weeks and I still haven’t been credited. I have sent them 2 emails on separate occasions and they just say it will take 10 work days(which in my opinion is also ridiculous, it should be max 2-3 days). I am very disappointed, and for that reason alone won’t be using Checkers Sixty60 again.
