Westgate checkers is full of ******* no consistency with other checkers whatsoever this may sound petty but same shop can’t have differing policies, I buy bus tickets regularly for my mother many times with no issue if I just have her id number at the westgate checkers they wanted the physical ID document please have your stores consistent throughout wasted time roaming around
