No communication from teller

I've just come out of centurion mall checkers. I waited for ar least 5 minutes for the teller while she waited to be helped by the manager. She did not say a word to me. I had to ask what was wrong and she didn't even respond. After cashing my foodstuffs my apples weren't scanning. The packer had to go get the price. She dragged her feet and that was another wait for me. Then she put my trolley in a very awkward position and faced the other way without a care in the world that I had to pull it away from her. I'm disgusted my checkers centurion
