No care for customer

There are never trollies available at the btngebs mall. Very few times I visit the store there are trollies, and when there are, they all dirty. This problem is not new and has been going 9n for at least 3 years since starting to visit the store. Today, like many other days, I chose to not spend my time sourcing a trolly and decided to go elsewhere
