No Call Back from anyone for my query! Bad Service

What is the use that Hyperama has the option to request a call back for a specific option/request. I sent through a request to be called back for Credit application, in the last week of March, it is now the 8th April, and still no phone call from anyone. <br> Guys, a simple call to either say you have been successful or unsuccessful. <br> <br> I initially had quite a high opinion of Hyperama and always thought it a professional Retail store, but i have quickly been proven wrong.<br> i strongly doubt there will be a response to this either.<br> <br> Sort it out people - i am now forced to go elsewhere.
