No bother to solve a card problem.

Hi,Yesterday I was @ Checkers to use my voucher. When the cashier swiped the card it declined. She asked me a few times if there is any money on the card? I told her a few times I never used the card. She did not believed me. Finally she asked the cashier next to her to check how much money is on the card. The slip showed R259. Finally she called the manager. She took us to a next cashier and still no working. They was very careless about the situation. Then I swiped my normal card & also no working. The Manager just disappeard & we stood there waiting for the machine to work. I asked her can we please cancel everything. The cashier said she cannot do it and then she just stand there. Do nothing about it. She did not call the manager again to help she just stood there. When I went to the office the one manager just sat there no interested to ask me can she help. I called the other manager that helped us first & then she said there is problem @ the bank. (I did not believed that) I cancelled everything they didn't bother to apologise. It was after 5 & they are just lazy to solve a problem. If the manager has that attitude no wonder the cashiers are also careless. Thanks
