No Assistance after being assaulted

Saturday Morning 26/08/2017 - Checkers Hyper Centurion Mall. I was standing in line to pay for my groceries. The lady in front of me did not roll her trolley through to the other side of the till and I requested she do so, she told me it was not her job. When I asked her again to please move it as I cannot get to the till, she started screaming profanities at me. I then moved the trolley myself and pushed it through the isle so that I can get to the till and start unpacking. She grabbed the trolley and started hitting me and screaming at me that I hit her child (which was on her right hip and I was on the left side) with the trolley. I tried to explain to her that I did not do this and she continued to hit me. I started calling out for help as I was completely surrounded by a mob of people at this point. I was competely ignored by the Manager who actually stood and watched the scene. When the woman eventually stopped hitting me and left I went to the Manager and asked him why they have no security and why I received no assistance he asked me why was I making my problems his? Seriously!!! Is this how you treat your customers. Will never shop there again.
