No appreciation for customers

I am so disappointed in this service. I have been using it regularly for years and the very first time I contact customer services over an issue with logging into my account I receive no help, just WhatsApps and emails saying that my issue has been resolved when it has in fact not been. About 2 months ago, I was prompted to update my app which I did and upon doing that I tried logging back in which was denied. A ticket was automatically issued to resolve my issue followed by an email stating that the issue had been resolved which was in fact false. I have since sent 2 personal emails to customer services stating my issue with the app and also explaining that the tickets being issued are not being resolved. This morning I received another WhatsApp stating that my issue has been resolved only to find that it has not. I just deleted the app and I am no longer interested in having it work. Since I have not been able to use the app I have been using another service from another grocer and I have no complaints with their service so I will just continue with it. I know I make no major difference to the profits of Checkers but I must say that they have lost a customer in me, I am never buying from them ever again.
