Nice savings, but they don't adhere to them

High delivery prices, spam notifications that don't really deliver on their promises. Also waited one month to get feedback on a ticket I logged! I gave them another shot and got duped again with a voucher that expired without notice. 2 weeks ago, they insisted they had informed me it would expire, and I'm still waiting to hear where.
