New bank card terror.

I would like to thank the manager of Checkers Plumstead for outstanding service today.My gran got her new FNB cheque card and it did not work when she had to pay.She is 90 years old and was shaken.The manager offered her Tea or Coffee whilst I went to get cash for her to pay for her groceries.She was calm and very friendly.I wish I remembered her name but please Checkers senior regional/national management, give her a hug and a pay increase for amazing service.I am so touched by the warmth. Well done!
