Never stock when advertised

6 out of 10 times when Checkers advertises an item, the stores are out of stock. They give you a raincheck but never ever receive stock.....EVER! I am sitting with rain checks from nearly 2 years ago and everytime I go to a Checkers and ask when will there be stock, I am always told that they have never seen it on the floor. Now with Covid, it is better to shop elsewhere so that you do not have to unnecessarily ask for help, and especially where you are not deceived and brought to the store. I find it hilarious that since the beginning of this year, Checkers has been writing on the raincheck valid for 3 months. When I asked what happens if I don't get the item in 3 months, all I get is a smile. I am hoping that someone at Checkers can look at my rain checks and honour them else what is the point of giving us rainchecks?
