NEVER HAD IT BEFORE

Last week what a nice surprise to see Checkers had Dr. Oetker Ital Pizza Classics on promotion for R25-99. Off we went to buy a few, after looking for the Regina Flavour (which we have bought their previously) we requested the assistance of the 'relevant staff member' that dealt in that Department only to be told by him 'Sorry there has never been that flavour' only these that you see. We told him we had bought them their many a times but clearly the staff do not know what we were talking about. We requested that contact be made with us when further investigation would be done on the 'Regina Flavour' to purchase a few on the promotional price, however, to date, nothing, nadda, no feedback. It is in actual fact, very frustrating going to that Checkers. They rarely have stock of the items a person is looking for and when trying to deal with *********** staff it becomes more frustrating. Such a bad reflection on that Checkers. We now avoid going there as it is such an aggravation. In fact, we hate going there! No one bothered to say don't worry, we will source it for you and give you a rain check. Staff are ***********.
