Never any stock and no raincheck available

I recently went to purchase the Linda McCartney vegan product advertised by Checkers in their specials pamphlets at bith Rylands village and N1 City. Neither branches has stock and the personnel is unfazed about confirming when they will receive stock. This really is poor as they should check proper stock supply before placing specials. They are literally contravening the Consumer protection Act. I am really unimpressed. This is becoming too regular with Checkers and their unwillingness to honour their specials with a raincheck is a blatant smack in the face.
