Never Again

The type of service you get from Tokai Checkers branch and from Checkers/Shoprite complaint service is the worst experience i received. I put in a complain with Tokai Checkers as well as Checkers/Shoprite. No one has gotten back to me at all. They tried ONCE and i asked if they could call me later because i was at work and 2months later i am still waiting for that returned call. The manager from Tokai Checkers is still getting back to me.

I returned a blow up mattress because the material side of the mattress torn less than a month of purchasing the mattress. I took it back and they told me that they cant find it on the system and said i returned the mattress 2 days later after purchasing the mattress. Then they gave me a new mattress without scanning it and the guy told me That he will give me this mattress but i cannot return I cannot return the mattress again. So if I returned this mattress that i bought in the first place 2 days later after purchasing it why give me a new one??????

Yet I'm still waiting for an answer and no one can get back to me. I couldn't go back to the store because then I had to go into isolatio
