Negligence

On the 10th of October 2023 I bought gaviscon And I drink it without checking the expiry date after drinking. 2 days later, I had begin to get a rash all over my body and decided to check the expired date only to find out that the gavison has expired on the 7th month. 2023 so it is 3 months expired and I am pregnant. When I took it back 17th of October 2023, they did a refund for me and asked me. What do I want to do so I showed the lady that reshs all over my body and she says that I should go and do blood tests to show that it's the gaviscon that caused the rashs all over my body. From what I think Checkers Eastgate was supposed to book the appointment with the doctor to do the tests and pay for it Not me popping out money out of my pockets for their negligence.
