Nearly a month, still waiting for a refund.

The first two times I ordered from sixty60, it was wonderful. The third time was on the 4th Jan. Something went wrong with the order and they cancelled it, but took mt money off for the order. I have been waiting 3 weeks for the reversal or refund for the order that was never delivered. Apart from phoning their customer service who work from home, and seeing the assistant manager of Checkers, I have not got anywhere. I really thought that this was a super idea of theirs, but am NOT happy with their service. It is so easy for a business to take money off ones account, but when they need to return it, one gets the run around. NOT HAPPY
