My misgivings were unfounded

An extraordinary coincidence led to my returning to Checkers Riverside Centre, Cape Town where I had shopped and, inter alia, drawn cash at the till. The details are extraneous and tedious but suffice to say I was handled courteously by store manager Micheal Ruiters. Ultimately my misgiving were found to be unwarranted and no misdemeanour had occurred.

I would like to thank Mr Ruiters for his patience in addressing the issue and prompt attention to my perceived problem. At the end of the day I am very glad the situation was resolved and I am still a happy customer who will continue to shop at this branch which, by the way, I must praise for tidiness and an attractive way in which it is laid out.
