My daughter was in pain and no one cared

Cant believe how this place just don't care at all went with my 3 year old daughter there like usual she sat in the trolley as we went through the first iael the seat that the babys sit in just fell backwards she hurt her back and both of her feet all the staff members was like so what just wait no one knew where a manager or branch manager was I was told just to wait when I finally saw him his response was thank you I'll let them service the trolleys he had no compassion didn't even say sorry
